Registered users can retrieve usernames and passwords by using the recovery feature at Sign On. Do not create duplicate accounts.
The City of Orlando accepts applications for current job openings only. To be notified of future openings, visit the job portal and select “Menu” on the upper left and “Job Interest Categories” in the drop down menu.
Clerical testing is administered only when clerical positions are open and must be completed by the job closing date. Tests are administered M-F 8:00AM – 4:15 PM. Applicants are allowed a maximum of two opportunities to pass the typing test within the posting period. An applicant will be given only one typing test per day. A 30-day waiting period is required between two failed typing tests. Typing test results are valid for 1 year.

Applicants selected for employment must pass a criminal background check and a medical exam including a drug screen. Final candidates for security, cash-handling positions, and any other positions required by the city of Orlando will be polygraphed.
