Arne brings extensive global expertise in leadership development, organizational design, human-resources management, and transformational change. He develops comprehensive transformation programs that boost operational performance and improve organizational health for companies in various sectors such as finance, the public sector and healthcare. Having first been based in the Netherlands and now residing in Southeast Asia, Arne has extensive experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Outside of work, Arne is passionate about youth education and works with over 100 Dutch schools to mentor young students of Moroccan origin with the KidsRights Foundation. He also volunteers with a network of schools for highly gifted children at several universities. In Malaysia, he is involved in McKinsey’s Youth Leadership Academy (YLA) programme.
Arne holds a MBA from INSEAD and a MSc in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, Netherlands.
Chye Neo is the Managing Director of IBM Malaysia and holds the distinction of being the first woman to helm the company in its 55-year history in Malaysia.
In her previous role as ASEAN Director of Intellectual Property Business, she was responsible for bringing IBM’s Intellectual Assets from IBM Laboratories around the world to clients in ASEAN and for developing Joint Research and Collaboration with the Industry, Government and Academia.
She leads with the conviction that changing ahead of the curve and challenging status quo is necessary for both business and talent growth. In 2016, she was named TalentCorp’s [email protected] CEO Champion for advocating diversity and inclusion at the workplace.
Chye Neo graduated from Universiti Sains Malaysia, where she majored in Computer Science and started her career in a manufacturing plant as a Software Development Engineer. She also attended executive programs at Harvard Business School, Boston on Marketing Strategies and Business Development.
She is married with 2 children, who are both undergraduates in Scotland. In between work, she refines her culinary skills, reads voraciously and practices the art of mindful living.
